Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the cm8play support team immediately.
Identity Verification
Cm8play reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time to ensure account security and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a cm8play user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You expressly agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate games or platform systems
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the operations of the cm8play platform
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits into your account
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unfair means or in breach of promotional terms
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any communication channel on the platform
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of existing balance, and legal action where necessary. cm8play reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the cm8play platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cm8play accepts deposits via approved local digital payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change and will be updated on the platform from time to time.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited to your account once successful confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. For withdrawals, you must meet the identity verification requirements and ensure that your submitted bank details are accurate. cm8play is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set for each payment method and may vary depending on account level. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. Any fees or charges imposed by the bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
Refunds
All confirmed deposits are final and non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances at cm8play's sole discretion. If a technical error results in an incorrect transaction, please contact our support team within 48 hours for review.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Cm8play Liability Limits
Cm8play shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. cm8play's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cm8play reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. Suspended accounts may submit an appeal through official support channels. Any valid balance in a fairly closed account will be returned upon completion of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cm8play platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of cm8play and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any platform content without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The cm8play platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. cm8play does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of such links is entirely at your own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
